My name is Aldona Szudy and I am a qualified Reflexology Therapist & Kobido Specialist, with several years of applied experience.

I help my clients to strenghten their health, reduce stress and regain inner harmony through treatments offered at my clinic. I practice everything from Reflexology (feet massage), Kobido (face massage), Aromatherapy (half-body massage) to Heat Therapy (Cupping, Moxibustion, Ear Candling).

Your well-being is my priority, therefore I continuously attend trainings and courses that deepen my knowledge and enhance my practice in using new methods within the field of Natural Therapy.
